Welcome to Lighthouse. By downloading, accessing, or using the Lighthouse application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service
Lighthouse is a personal wellness application that helps you track your mental health, set goals, and reflect on your personal growth journey. The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to provide insights based on your health data.
Subscription Terms
Subscription Plans
Lighthouse offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the App.
Payment
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Prices are in your local currency and may vary by region
- Prices include applicable taxes where required
Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The renewal cost will be the same as the original subscription price unless you are notified of a price change
Managing Subscriptions
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Refunds
All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using the App
- Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Keep your account credentials secure
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
HealthKit Data
The App accesses Apple HealthKit data with your permission. This data:
- Is processed locally on your device and optionally synced to our secure servers
- Is used solely to provide App features and insights
- Is never sold to third parties
- Can be disconnected at any time through iOS Settings
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Lighthouse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHTHOUSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
